OpenAI launches Workspace Analytics for ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu

OpenAI has released a refreshed analytics dashboard called Workspace Analytics for ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu customers, replacing the previous User Analytics feature. The update adds workspace-level adoption and engagement metrics, industry benchmark comparisons, self-reported impact surveys (productivity, time saved, work quality), and aggregated task-pattern insights. A new 'analytics viewer' user role allows non-admin members to access the dashboard. Task Insights and user-distributed impact surveys are enabled by default, with a two-week opt-out window for admins.
